**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**
- Drive departmental outcomes that align with overall SSENSE business objectives.
- Identify requirements for Human Resources frameworks and tools for recruitment, performance management, development, career and succession planning, compensation and benefits, diversity, employee on
- and off-boarding, and talent retention.
- Understand the talent mix within business units recommend and support the deployment of effective performance management and development plans.
- In collaboration with Centres of Excellence, support the development of Talent Programs (Compensation and benefits, Talent Attraction, Talent Management, etc.) to support the department's needs.
- Advise people managers on engagement programs, understand their needs/issues/concerns, and proactively lead and coordinate the development of stakeholder engagement plans to support the communication of business information and decisions. Maintain visibility and a scalable pulse on the Voice of the Employee.
- As a people advisor, understand stakeholders and interdependencies, impacts of change initiatives, identify champions and resistors and formulate recommendations, appropriate workshops and communications to support change adoption.
- Maintain and renew a deep knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, ensuring organizational standards are consistently maintained.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, CHRP or CHRL certification an asset.
- A minimum of three years of human resources partnership or advisory experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of HR legislation and labour standards
- Advanced understanding of HR-related practices, such as Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, etc.
- Proven project management and change management skills an asset
- Fluency in French and English is required.
- A good sense of humour is an asset.
