**Position Summary**
Miovision is looking for a driven Revenue/Sales Analyst who excels at building business relationships to help bridge sales strategy with financial results.
Reporting to the Manager, FP&A, the Revenue Operations Analyst will have a proven track record and partner with the Revenue Operations organization to ensure end-to-end planning, revenue risk mitigation and analysis around pipeline and bookings. Strategic thinking around deal structures that carefully balance strategic revenue growth and healthy gross margins will be critical for success in this role, as well as experience building and delivering variable compensation plans that help incentivize RevOps to achieve financial results on target with our strategic plan.
**Key Accountabilities**
- **Revenue Operations Partnership**:

- Tight integration with the Revenue Operations and Go To Market Teams. Build a partnership with RevOps and become an integral part of sales strategy, understanding and refining pipeline, forecasting future implications while managing current results.
- **Driving Predictable Results**:

- Combine quantitative metrics with qualitative strategic input to drive predictable, accurate forecasts and optimize revenue results
- **Own the “Deal Desk**”
- Act as a key contributor to the sales strategy by reviewing the deal structure, including margins, discounts and volumes. Partner with sales to provide recommendations and flexible approaches to help achieve the optimal result.
- **Variable Compensation**:

- Build, administer, forecast and report on the effectiveness of our variable compensation plans. Deliver transparent, understandable and accurate statements for plan participants and recommend opportunities for improvements or incentives to motivate sales to achieve organizational targets.
- Supporting revenue forecasts and future implications of today’s decisions.
- Assist in the company’s annual operating plan and departmental budgets.
- Partner with business leaders to empower them with financial information to inform impactful business decisions.

**Skills/Qualifications**
- 3+ years of work experience in a Sales operations or a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in Commerce or Finance
- CPA or equivalent designation in progress or completed is strongly preferred
- Advanced level competency in Microsoft Office

**Additional Assets**
- Systems experience with CRM (Salesforce), commissions tools and financial planning tools
- Experience in both a SaaS and Hardware business
- Experience with query languages (MySQL)
- Strong people management and communication skills, verbal and written
- Able to tailor communication style and approach to different levels in the organization
- Strategic mindset with abstract thinking and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to recommend alternatives and provide options
