About the Branch:
The Virtual Services Branch delivers programs and operational services to clients across the province through a virtual service delivery model.

About the Role:
The Manager, of Service Delivery is responsible for the implementation, delivery, and integration of a variety of employment and assistance programs through partnerships with stakeholders in provincial, federal and municipal governments and, with community agencies.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in a related discipline, such as business management, public administration, finance, commerce, social sciences, or another related field.
- 3 years of progressive experience in a service delivery organization, leading significant change initiatives and resolving complex staff, process, and client issues **OR**:

- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preference may be given to applicants who have:
- Change management experience,
- Experience managing large teams of 15+ employees,
- One year of work experience in a social service setting, and/or
- Experience with promoted engagement in a virtual environment.
