Condominium Property Administrator

Our office is growing and we are looking to add another strong **Condominium Property Administrator** to join our growing team.
Position Description
Position Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison, maintaining excellent relations with the Board of Directors, condominium owners, developers and trades professionals;
- Respond to client queries professionally and in a timely manner;
- Partner closely with Community Managers to foster open communication regarding all activities related to their portfolios;
- Provide full administrative support. For example; prepare professional correspondence, documents and invoices; prepare meeting agenda; filing and record keeping;
- Reception duties including greeting visitors, answering calls, managing inbound and outbound mail;
- Responding to requests within 24 hours, in regards to move in/outs and sending confirmations once the move has been completed;
**Salary**: $43,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
