Simco Management (Calgary) Inc. currently have an opportunity for a **full time, entry level, Administrative Assistant** for our Calgary office. We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated professional. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM.

**Your Impact: (Duties**)
- Provide administrative assistance to multiple Condominium Managers
- Type/format/proofread documents and correspondence
- You have energy, enthusiasm, a great sense of humor and exceptional customer service abilities
- Backup for reception as required

**Your Expertise**:

- 1 - 3 years of experience (this is an entry level position)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, willingness to learn new programs
- Exceptional attention the detail and organizational skills
- Proactive and flexible with the ability to work with little direction in a fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience with facilitating customer requests and concerns
- Ability to multi task, prioritize, and work with interruptions
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
