**QSP Geographics Inc. (QSP)** is a fast-growing geospatial technology company that provides a range of industry-leading solutions in disciplines that include GIS services, CAD drafting, survey, engineering, and asset management services. We presently have over 125 employees with offices in Toronto and Ottawa.
- Maintain liaison with developers, builders, architects, municipal Planning Departments, consulting engineers and heating contractors, as well as the resolution of their enquiries and escalations.
- Identify Permit Requirements - conservation authority, land requirements, easement, title search, pipeline permits.
- Coordinate and process customer load requirements to specify service and meter requirements and locations for alterations and added load customers, ensuring that all applicable feasibility parameters are met.
- Ability to work under pressure, independently, using good judgement to prioritize workloads and meet required deadlines.
- Demonstrate previous excellent customer contact experience, including being able to interface and communicate both verbally and through written correspondence with customers, heating contractors, developers, municipalities etc.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Demonstrate previous Sales or Marketing related experience and an aptitude for sales.
- Demonstrated PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Results oriented; able to manage many different tasks and maintain a high level of individual and team performance, focused on providing excellent customer service.

**Knowledge and Education**:

- Physically capable of performing all aspects of the job e.g. climbing ladders etc.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to be used for business purposes.
- Minimum Post Secondary education or equivalent.

**Nice to Haves**:

- Working knowledge of legal plans and construction drawings interpretation
- Working at heights, WHMIS, First-Aid & CPR are all considered to be an asset.
- Knowledge of CADD, GIS, Utility programs.
- Basic knowledge of distribution system design principles and service installation guidelines.
