Receptionist/administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls.
- Serving patients by greeting them, scheduling appointments and maintaining records and accounts.
- Manage office phone system.
- Type and/or edit documents.
- Provide customer service to clients through correspondence and phone calls.
- Assist with meeting preparations, making arrangements and setting up equipment.
- Work as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Provide administrative support to management and executives.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: $15.00-$17.50 per hour
