**What does the Manager, Compliance do?**

**Leading Paladin’s team of Compliance Officers, you will ensure they remain current with regulations and changing protocols. Using your exceptional leadership, communication and organizational skills, coupled with a thorough understanding of aviation screening processes you will**:

- Ensure all Compliance Officers remain current with regulations and complete the necessary counterpart training related to Screening Contractor Training Representative (SCTR) positions
- Manage the day-to-day activities of Compliance Officers, including creating audit schedules for the various regional airports, checkpoints, and other specified audits outlined in the Annual Quality Assurance Plan
- Collaborate with the senior leaders in the Operations Department to target specific areas of the security screening operations for compliance improvement and operational effectiveness enhancements
- Oversee the auditing process and maintenance of all relevant records.
- Incorporate feedback from the senior leaders in the Operations Department to refine audit schedules, reporting mechanisms, and the overall Quality Assurance Plan
- Ensure compliance with service deliverables and focus on driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet or exceed established KPIs
- Provide direction and support to Compliance Officers, Coordinators, and other relevant staff members to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives

**What you bring to PASS**:

- Proven experience in a compliance or quality assurance role, with demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to manage a team effectively
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification in compliance or quality assurance is preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly in aviation security screening operations
- Ability to acquire Transportation Security Clearance (TSC) and eligibility for Federal Security Clearance
- No unpardoned criminal background
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to complete Lean-Agile and ISO auditor certifications
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve common objectives
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in compliance management
