Bookkeeper - Part Time

Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare and submit invoices to clients
- Assist with bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Generate financial reports and assist with budgeting
- Utilize accounting software ( QuickBooks) to record transactions and maintain financial records
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures
- Proficiency in using accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred, but not required

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 3 years (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)
