- Le CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal est à la recherche d'un(e) chargé(e) de projets - coordination des comités d’éthique afin de combler un poste permanent à temps complet au sein de l’équipe de la Direction des affaires universitaires, de l’enseignement et de la recherche (DAUER). L’emploi est localisé à l’Institut universitaire en santé mentale Douglas.

- Sous la responsabilité de l’adjoint à la direction des affaires universitaires, de l’enseignement et de la recherche et en collaboration étroite avec les présidents des deux sous-comités d’éthique de la recherche (CÉR) du CIUSSS ODIM, le/la titulaire offre un rôle conseil en éthique de la recherche et assure la coordination et la réalisation des opérations courantes des sous-comités d’éthique de la recherche. Il/elle disposera du soutien d’un agent administratif dans l’exercice de ses fonctions.
- Horaire : du lundi au vendredi, de 8h à 16h, possibilité de télétravail
- Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, le titulaire du poste devra notamment:
- Veiller au bon fonctionnement et à la coordination des activités et projets des CÉR;
- Guider les chercheurs dans leurs démarches auprès des CÉR;
- Soutenir les présidents des CÉR dans l’exercice de son mandat ;
- S’assurer de la préparation, du bon déroulement et du suivi des réunions mensuelles du CÉR (ordres du jour; comptes-rendus, etc.) ou de rencontres ad hoc requises;
- Participer au suivi continu éthique des projets de recherche;
- Réviser les formulaires de demande d’évaluation éthique des protocoles de recherche et conseiller les chercheurs pour la préparation de leur demande d’évaluation ou d’amendement;
- Assurer la coordination de l’évaluation éthique et du suivi continu des projets de recherche multicentriques selon le mécanisme en vigueur;
- Être responsable de la tenue des dossiers des CÉR;
- Planifier les rencontres entre les membres des CÉR;
- Soutenir le CÉR dans les procédures administratives quant au recrutement et à l’intégration de nouveaux membres des CÉR;
- Collaborer étroitement au développement de politiques, procédures et documents de référence liés aux activités des CÉR;
- Préparer le rapport annuel des CÉR requis par le ministre de la Santé et des Services sociaux et contribuer activement à la préparation d’un rapport interne des activités des CÉR du CIUSSS;
- Préparer des capsules d’information ou organiser des formations en lien avec l’éthique de la recherche;
- Contribuer au développement d’une culture d’éthique de la recherche auprès des chercheurs associés au CIUSSS et au sein du CIUSSS plus largement;
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des mécanismes de gestion et d’évaluation, en collaboration étroite avec son supérieur immédiat, favorisant l’atteinte des objectifs du service et le maintien des standards de la désignation des CÉR par le ministre de la Santé et des Services Sociaux.

- Requirements :- Détient un baccalauréat en sciences humaines ou en sciences sociales, en sciences de la santé, en sciences biologiques ou toute autre discipline pertinente*;
- Détient un diplôme de 2ième ou 3ième cycle en bioéthique ou dans un secteur pertinent au réseau de la santé, un atout;
- Maîtrise le cadre normatif et légal encadrant les pratiques d’éthique de la recherche au Québec;
