About the property:
Located in Niagara Falls, Ontario, this incredible European-inspired spa is Niagara's best kept secret Nestled within a well-known hospitality-focused property that houses a 20,000 sq ft conference centre, well-appointed accommodation facilities, on-site dining, and an indoor waterpark facility, this spa offers local and visiting clientele eight private treatment rooms to choose from in addition to a retail boutique of quality spa products.
Position summary:
The Spa Manager oversees the daily operations of the onsite spa; providing strategic leadership to a team of professionals on a daily basis to ensure that client expectations and revenue targets are not only met, but exceeded.
Compensation and benefits package:
**Salary**:
$65K - $70K
Bonus Program:

In this role you will:
Provide daily leadership and direction to a team of ten spa service professionals.
Ensure that spa revenue opportunities are maximized by developing and implementing business and marketing strategies that focus on optimizing service and product portfolios so as to increase client acquisition and retention.
Manage daily operations of the spa, ensuring internal policies and procedures are adhered to and applicable legislative/Public Health regulations are complied with.
Develop and adjust work schedules to optimize labour costs while ensuring client demands are met.
Drive spa services and related product sales by motivating team members to upsell and secure repeat client visits and referrals.
Identify and act on promotional opportunities including establishing a spa marketing calendar and building mutually beneficial business relationships with internal and external partners.
Work cooperatively and collaboratively with all members of the leadership team.
Provide assistance and support to spa service team members as required.
Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
Demonstrated passion for health, wellness, and beauty.
Esthetician experience an asset.
Relevant sales and marketing acumen and experience.
3-5 years' experience managing a team of direct reports.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and problem-solve using a calm and involving approach.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
