Beauty Incubator Recruitment are currently looking for a Spa Supervisor to provide support to the Spa Manager at one of southern Ontario's leading hotel spas located in Cambridge, Ontario. The successful candidate will thrive on providing genuine and thoughtful service, be passionate about the spa industry and will be knowledgeable about current spa trends.As a Spa Supervisor you will be is responsible will include:
  • Managing the day-to-day spa operations
  • Handling administrative duties; scheduling appointments, guest inquiries
  • Training new staff on spa policies and procedures
  • Managing inventory, and purchase orders
  • Overseeing customer service, and communicating with the management team to ensure the smooth functioning of the spa.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Team lead skills, including the ability to motivate, mentor, and guide staff
  • Excellent customer service skills, including conflict resolution and problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests both orally and in writing
  • Administrative duties, booking appointments, responding to spa inquiries and interacting with guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • The ability to train new staff on spa policies and procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols
  • Ability to maintain inventory
  • Minimum 3 years of spa or hospitality experience with demonstrated spa supervisor or team lead experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a spa supervisor in a luxury spa
  • Working knowledge of Book 4 Time software (an asset)

Job Type: Full-time ( weekends/holidays)
