As we continue to expand our presence in Canada, we're seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative/Business Development professional to join our team.
**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the benefits of truMedic products.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in Pipedrive.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote truMedic products.
- Stay informed about competitor products and industry developments.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in inside sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
- Passion for health and wellness products.
- Familiarity with Pipedrive CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and client meetings.
