**Business Development Manager**

**Company Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Recruiting**
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of top-quality brokerages and real estate boards across the country.
- Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the unique needs of potential clients.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of the MoveBuddy service.
- Proactively develop and nurture relationships with brokerages and real estate boards.
- Ensure all agreements are executed.

Onboarding
- Serve as single point of contact for enterprise level accounts ensuring VIP service.
- Introduce brokerages to MoveBuddy, their Realtor Relations Manager(s) and support onboarding at the enterprise level.

**Reporting and Analysis**

Conduct monthly reviews with MoveBuddy leadership to ensure provincial realtor networks are meeting expectations and improving performance.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.

Report on such measures as:

- Number of brokerages/realtors on the platform
- Total leads
- Total by brokerage/realtor
- % conversions
- Realtor NPS
- Client NPS
- Google reviews

**Management**

Manage the Realtor Relations team and ensure key performance indicators are being achieved.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related experience.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Overtime
