Job Summary:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator who can assist our Operation Team in completing our projects for our clients.

The role works directly with our clients, trades, supplies, and field teams. Your communication with each party will be an important part of us delivering our projects on time, on budget and leaving the client happy.

It is important that you work with our existing processes and look at ways to improve them with the help of the whole team.

You will need experience with construction management software such as BuilderTrend or Procore.

We know this role can be busy, especially in the construction months of the year. To help with some of stress of the job, we close the office an hour early on Fridays, give a half day off before long weekends and we are closed between Christmas and New Years with full pay.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with project managers and sales team to onboard projects.
- Monitor and track project progress and report on key performance indicators.
- Procure materials and equipment for projects.
- Manage the entire backend project life cycle from start up to closing.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and action item lists.
- Coordinate project meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

Qualifications:

- High School or higher education
- Proven experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- At least 3 years experience with construction project management software
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
