Surety Producer Estate Bonds

Ai Insurance Organization is a leading provider of insurance and bonding solutions, helping clients navigate risk with confidence. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated Estate Bonds Producer to join our growing team and drive our estate bond offerings forward.
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Estate Bonds Producer to support our sales efforts in the Canadian market. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction for our Estate Bonds offerings. You will work closely with our marketing, underwriting, and support teams to provide tailored solutions for clients in need of estate and probate bonds.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients requiring estate and probate bonds, including executors, trustees, and guardians.
- Establish relationships with legal professionals, financial advisors, and fiduciaries to generate leads and referrals.
- Own our pipeline of incoming Estate Bond leads and be our in-house Estate Bond expert
- Utilize CRM tools, including HubSpot and Vertafore, to manage and track lead activity throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Educate potential clients on the value of estate bonds and provide recommendations that meet their specific needs.
- Collaborate with underwriting and support teams to streamline the issuance of bonds and address client inquiries.
- Attend industry events, seminars, and networking functions to promote Ai Insurance and establish brand presence within the legal and financial communities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Estate Bonds product line.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance, financial services, or a related sales role, with a preference for experience in bonds or fiduciary services.
- Strong understanding of estate bonds, probate processes, and fiduciary obligations.
- Proven ability to develop business relationships and grow sales through networking, lead generation, and client referrals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex products to a non-technical audience.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients and processes simultaneously.
- RIBO Licensed
- Experience using CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, is preferred.
