**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and manage files, documents, and records.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, etc.

Must have:

- Experience with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Word, Excel, Sync and scanning documents.
- Good organization and communication skills

An Asset:

- To have some experience with accreditation.
- To be familiar with policy manuals.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 5-20 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sooke, BC V9Z 0W7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
