Carp, Canada Helicopter Transport Services (Canada) Inc. Full time

Helicopter Transport Services is a well-established, privately owned international helicopter service company. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Finance and Adminteam in Carp, ON as our Accounting Administrator.

As the Accounting Administrator, your dutiesand responsibilities will include:

- Collecting, matching, and entering invoices
- Confirming authorization procedures
- Creating payments for vendors
- General Ledger analysis
- Bank Reconciliations
- Othertasks and projects as required

We are looking for the following skills/education:

- Accounting or Business Administration Certificate
- Accounts Payable/Finance Admin (1 year)
- Microsoft Word (proficient)
- Microsoft Excel (proficient)

Skills preferred but not required:

- Sage 300

This in-person position is available immediately; office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience; position includes a health benefits package.
