**About the Opportunity**:
The primary duties of the Client Support Assistant (CSA) are scheduling clinical time and booking client appointments. Their work directly impacts client flow, which is pivotal to the quality of our service. They also work with CSAs from other sites to assist with service pressures related to scheduling and are called upon from time to time to assist with Reception as required.

The responsibilities of the CSA include but are not limited to:

- Providing support to clients in their journey at KidsAbility
- Supporting administrative efficiencies for therapeutic staff wherever possible
- Supporting therapy staff, contacting families to coordinate appointment scheduling, and arranging for other support as required
- Coordinating with other administrative team members to support other KidsAbility sites as required
- Leveraging the AlayaCare and Microsoft Office software systems, the Client Support Assistant provides clerical, administrative, and support services to various programs to assist them in coordinating and providing services to children and their families
- May be required to travel between sites throughout the workday depending on the needs of the role

**More About You**:
To qualify, a university or college designation in office administration, or diploma in progress is preferred, in addition to:

- Training in and or knowledge of customer service principles
- High levels of confidentiality and maintain compliance with Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) at all times
- Excellent organizing, coordinating, and managing the program demands in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills, be organized and detail minded, be able to prioritize tasks in order to meet strict deadlines and have excellent follow-up
- Ability to work independently and read various resources to learn processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of AlayaCare or other electronic charting software an asset
- Previous office administration and scheduling experience preferred, and experience in a healthcare or social services agency would be an asset
- Applicants must have the use of an automobile with public liability and property damage and ability to work from varying sites as organizational demands require

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 15 months

Pay: $23.90-$29.88 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
