**What will you be doing in this role?**:

- Provide professional, high level client service with a “client first” approach
- Provide insurance and investment administrative services and support to clients and advisors
- Process end-to-end insurance, segregated, and mutual fund new business, transactions and inforce service
- Meticulously maintain electronic records and files, as well as ensuring timely follow-ups
- Follow defined and documented processes consistently and accurately
- Contribute as a valuable part of a high functioning operations team committed to the success of our clients and CFC
- Ensure compliance standards are met and consistently maintained
- Build and maintain collaborative and constructive working relationships
- Communicate professionally and effectively to clients, advisors, colleagues, and carriers
- Able to take on special projects, as required by the management team

**What should your experience and qualifications look like?**:

- Post-Secondary education in business/office administration, or related work experience
- Proven experience in insurance and investment/financial services
- Proven experience in client service
- Proven experience with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience with WealthServ, MGA and carrier knowledge an asset
