The Project Coordinator will provide professional support to meet the commercial and contractual needs of the organization.

Essential

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to successfully manage multiple project deadlines while producing quality results within the framework of the organizations set standards and policies
- Must demonstrate professional written and verbal communication skills
- Must manage time effectively and have excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Management of bookings in the corporate ERP system
- Management of files in correspondence repository
- Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Ability to work independently and manage the day to day workflow resolving requests and issues proactively in a team environment
- Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures, government regulations and industry protocols
- Work with the commercial manager to interface with customers (Internal and External) during the execution of contracts
- Work with the commercial manager to identify key areas in contract terms supplied by other parties that would represent a significant risk to the Company

Responsibilities may also include:

- Perform hands-on contract documentation control from pre-award negotiations through contract close-out, including order entry and record keeping tasks
- Preparation of instructions for all contractual deliverable items
- Assist with proposal management, development and record keeping
- Represent Contracts at program meetings and drive contractual action items to completion
- Prepare monthly/quarterly contract reports
- Preliminary review & preparation of non-disclosure agreements for suppliers and customers
- Support Intellectual Property and patent administration
- Should have awareness of export controls: ITAR, EAR, CCG
- Sales Order Entry

**Required Skills**:

- 2 years’ experience working or assisting project administration
- The successful person must be able to gain the appropriate Canadian government security clearance and satisfy all requirements to be able to work on Canadian Controlled Goods projects

Desired Skills:

- Defense or related business experience is an advantage
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- High level of capability with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with IFS Global Enterprise Software
