Interior HomeCare Solutions has been providing nursing, rehabilitative, therapeutic, hospice, and assistive care services to children, adults, and seniors in the comfort of their homes for over 25 years.

We are looking for a responsible HR Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Reviewing job applicants and scheduling interviews
- Performing Reference Checks
- Auditing Employee Files
- Following up with Employees regarding missing documentation
- Ensuring office is kept in a tidy well composed manner
- Effectively communicate with staff and management.
- Performing various administrative/clerical tasks as required.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Business Administration Diploma Preferred.
- MS Office Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years experience in an office environment will be an asset
- Valid Driver's License and a Reliable Vehicle
- Friendly, positive attitude
- Energy, Resourcefulness, Initiative

- Ability to work in a team
- Self Motivator
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour
