Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the front desk, coordinating office operations, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office.

**Duties**:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate personnel, and take messages as needed
- Manage phone systems and ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with vendor management, including ordering office supplies and maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including managing filing systems and ensuring documents are properly stored
- Assist with training development for new employees and provide ongoing support to team members
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in team management is a plus
- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
- Strong vendor management skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
