**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**

Answer phones and manage virtual phone system

Coordinate and schedule various jobs at locations

around the Maritimes for several crews

Liaise with customers to confirm and coordinate work

Follow up on customer satisfaction

Manage and escalate customer complaints

Need to be comfortable with various software

Experience with scheduling software, CRM, Excel

Zoom would be a benefit

Various administrative duties (booking hotels, managing small budget

Preparing staff and client communications, etc)

Provide additional administrative support for Project Manager

Create spreadsheets, data entry, internal communications, etc.)

**xperience with scheduling is a must**

Team Player

Able to work independently

Great organization skills

Attending and engaging in company meetings as requested

Other duties as assigned.

Communicate effectively
