Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together

As a Pension Analyst, you will provide analytical and administration support to both clients, plan members and the team. You will be responsible for a variety of pension calculations and administrative projects such as Pension Indexation, Pension Adjustments, Valuation Data Extracts and Annual Statements.

What you’ll do- Leverage our in-house industry leading proprietary administration system and pension databases to perform data reconciliations, contribution reconciliations, and benefit calculations- Provide response to routine plan enquiries and requests from clients and plan members- Support the preparation of year-end annual pension statements- Work within a collaborative team taking direction from and supporting senior team members with the goal of providing quality client-focused administrative services for our Corporate clients- Enhance your industry knowledge by attending internal training sessions- Assist with special projects and tasks, as required

You have- Recent new grad with a College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, statistics or a related field

What you bring- Strong analytical and mathematical skills- Solid oral and written communication skills- Proven customer service experience- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Knowledge of Microsoft Office- Ability to work in a team as well as independently- Strong interest in problem solving and the acquisition of knowledge

Nice to Have- Courses in Pension Administration- Bilingual (English and French)
