We are looking for someone that is ‘not your traditional’ Total Rewards Specialist. You are a data-driven Total Rewards professional who is passionate about designing and optimizing total rewards. You are all about creating an exceptional employee experience As the Total Rewards Specialist, you will contribute to the support of our overall rewards strategy. This includes leading our benefit administration, managing compensation recommendations across the organization, recommending creative solutions to all things total rewards and more.

**WHAT'S THE DAY TO DAY LOOK LIKE?**:

- Partner with the HRBP team providing consultative services to managers, employees and the team on different rewards requests including compensation, job evaluation and market benchmarking
- Manage compensation recommendations and decisions for all employees across the organization
- Create and maintain Pay Equity plans, ensuring compliance with new and existing legislation
- Support the ongoing administration of compensation programs including merit and bonus plans
- Participate in annual compensation surveys
- Administration of sick leaves in the organization (STD, LTD)
- Lead benefit administration which includes working with external consultant to keep an eye on and stay ahead of benefits market trends to make sure our programs are competitive and meet the needs of all our diverse employees
- Administer the job evaluation program. This includes creating and maintaining comprehensive job descriptions and conducting reviews of existing and new jobs
- Continually making changes to drive a performance culture, making sure employees understand it and buy into it.
- Introduce and enhance people programs/initiatives that help us be the #1 place to work
- Recommend solutions that foster continuous improvement in self-services for clients
- Assist with HR projects and various programs as needed
- Client-centric, you strive to create the ultimate employee experience
- Partner with the People Insights Specialist to provide monthly and quarterly reports, audits, and analysis to support total rewards initiatives
- Maintain Employment Equity reporting and analysis

**WE ARE HOPING YOU HAVE**:

- Successful completion of recognized post-secondary Human Resources program and a minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources focusing on Total Rewards is required
- Expertise in Excel a must have
- Tech savvy and strong G-suite skills CCP designation (preferred)
- Exposure to US Benefit Plans ideal
- Sales comp exposure ideal
- Experience with HRIS and performance management systems would be an asset
- Exposure to Dayforce HCM is a bonus
- Pay Equity Experience would be a bonus
