We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to join our team. As a Real Estate Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our lead real estate agent and help ensure smooth operations within the office. Strong Social media skills and knowledge of platforms a must.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist lead real estate agent with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
- Coordinate and schedule property showings and open houses
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials for listings
- Conduct research on properties and market trends
- Maintain client databases and update records
- Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Manage website and all Social Media platforms
- Handle general office tasks such as filing, organizing paperwork, and maintaining office supplies

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in proofreading documents for accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred - Real Estate experience is an asset
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Proficient typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
