As the captive finance company of the Audi, Ducati and Volkswagen brands in Canada, Volkswagen Financial Services offers a wide range of leasing, retail financing and protection plans expertly tailored to meet the needs of our customers. Additionally, we provide commercial financing products to Audi, Ducati, and Volkswagen Dealers.

**Role Summary**

The Business Development Manager is the primary contact between Volkswagen Financial Services and its Dealer clients. This field-based position is a consultative / Sale role responsible for developing the retail, lease, protection products (insurance), loyalty, commercial finance and remarketing relationships with Ducati, Audi and Volkswagen Dealers in the assigned area. The role collaborates with Protection Plan partner, Audi Canada and Volkswagen Canada Managers to achieve Dealer performance objectives and targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Propose sales initiatives to Dealers based on the identification of performance opportunities and revenue gaps that will optimize their business performance using a Business Fit approach.
- Capture New and Used retail contracts in building dealership relationships, demonstrating Volkswagen Financial Services added value proposition & selling Volkswagen Financial Services products suite.
- Maintain and solicit new commercial finance business and initiate the development of credit package requests and the coordination of documentation necessary for the adjustment in floorplan lines, as needed, to support current sales activity.
- Inform Dealers on operational requirements of current in-market retail programs to ensure Dealers maximize their sales performance using all available retail programs currently available.
- Support Dealer training requirements for Retail, Lease, Protection Products, Portfolio Management, and best business processes.
- Respond to and support Dealers with all Volkswagen Financial Services program inquires to achieve Dealer satisfaction objectives and support Customer fulfillment.
- Inform Dealers and maintain timely communication records of key Dealership contacts via Salesforce to maintain.

**Résumé du rôle**

Le responsable du développement des affaires est le principal contact entre Volkswagen Services Financiers et ses clients concessionnaires. Ce poste, sur le terrain, est un poste de consultation / vente responsable du développement des relations de détail, de location, de produits de protection (assurance), de fidélisation, de financement commercial et de recommercialisation avec les concessionnaires Ducati, Audi et Volkswagen dans la région assignée. Le titulaire du poste collabore avec le partenaire du plan de protection, les gestionnaires d'Audi Canada et de Volkswagen Canada afin d'atteindre les objectifs de rendement et les cibles des concessionnaires.

**Principales responsabilités**
- Proposer des initiatives commerciales aux concessionnaires sur la base de l'identification des opportunités de performance et des écarts de revenus qui optimiseront leur performance commerciale en utilisant une approche de Business Fit.
- Vous êtes en charge de la mise en place des contrats de vente au détail de véhicules neufs et d'occasion en établissant des relations avec les concessionnaires, en démontrant la proposition de valeur ajoutée de Volkswagen Financial Services et en vendant la gamme de produits de Volkswagen Financial Services.
- Maintenir et solliciter de nouvelles affaires de financement commercial et initier le développement de demandes d'offres de crédit et la coordination de la documentation nécessaire à l'ajustement des lignes de planchers, selon les besoins, pour soutenir l'activité de vente actuelle.
- Informer les concessionnaires sur les exigences opérationnelles des programmes de vente au détail actuels sur le marché afin de s'assurer que les concessionnaires maximisent leurs performances de vente en utilisant tous les programmes de vente au détail actuellement disponibles.
- Soutenir les besoins de formation des concessionnaires en matière de vente au détail, de location, de produits de protection, de gestion de portefeuille et de meilleurs processus d'affaires.
- Répondre aux questions des concessionnaires sur les programmes de Volkswagen Financial Services et les aider à atteindre les objectifs de satisfaction des concessionnaires et des clients.
