**Objective**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Manager to join a newly created Process Automation department. As an RPA Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing business processes and implementing automation solutions to drive operational efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, develop RPA strategies, and ensure successful implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive RPA strategy to optimize business processes and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to define automation objectives and prioritize initiatives.
- Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend automation opportunities.
- Work closely with business units to understand process requirements, document workflows, and define automation goals.
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance operational performance.
- Design and implement automation solutions using leading RPA tools and technologies.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of automation projects.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Communicate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and manage expectations.
- Present automation proposals, project updates, and performance metrics to senior management and business units.
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, promoting a collaborative and customer-focused approach.
- Establish and enforce RPA governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of automation solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed bots, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience 3+ years in implementing RPA solutions and optimizing business processes.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of automation specialists.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of RPA tools and technologies (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma.
- Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and systems integration principles.
- Certifications in RPA technologies and process improvement methodologies are highly desirable.
