**Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced High Ticket Sales Specialist to join our team. As an Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for the sales aspect of our automation software, providing precise knowledge of its capabilities and benefits to potential clients. This is a full-time/part-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with business managers and decision-makers to understand their needs and present tailored automation solutions.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to connect with different businesses and expand our client base.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our automation software.
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of potential clients, ensuring regular follow-ups and communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
- Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong technical sales skills, with a proven track record of success in high-ticket sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.
