**Job Description**:
GIRO is committed to transforming its software delivery process to its customers to accelerate the implementation of new features and reduce the costs of accessibility.

The continuous process manager is accountable for achieving the objectives set, from releasing the new product in the generic version to implementing it. His work includes the following major processes: continuous integration, continuous deployment, and installation in the constant model. He is responsible for the continuous integration while the other and procedures are carried out jointly with the Project and Service Center teams. This role has an operational portion and a transformational one to create new procedures in all teams involved.

To achieve the objectives, the Continuous Process Manager will have a multidisciplinary team in charge. In addition, he/she will have a continuous integration analyst/programmer and an automation analyst. Other roles may be added for the transformational portion.
- Oversee and communicate operational results
- Oversee the continuous integration schedule to support the successful completion of the project
- Share results with stakeholders to improve recurring issues and track our progress toward achieving our goals
- Be involved in the entire continuous process with the Projects and Service Desk teams to see the results and disseminate them
- Other operational responsibilities may be added depending on the transformation below.
- Transform new processes
- Key stakeholder in defining the vision and goals to be achieved
- Recommends key outcomes to achieve goals
- Produces a master plan on quarterly, annual, and 3-year horizons
- Recommends both human and financial resources to achieve the goals

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other appropriate disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a product manager
- Experience in integration and deployment of continuous processes (CI/CD) based on software development
- Knowledge of Azure, DevOps, Terraform, PowerShell (Asset)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Time management and priority management skills
- Ability to work in a team and make decisions
- Ability to influence positively
- Fluency in English to communicate with English-speaking suppliers and customers (Asset)
