**Job Summary**:
**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:
Sales calls to maintain, grow and develop relationships with key decision makers in the GTA Specification community amongst Engineers, Architects & Lighting designers to increase sales and drive brand preference. Must be comfortable with engaging at all levels within the organizations.

Engage cross functionally with Customer Service, Quotations, Business Development manager and Conctractor-Distributor sales to harmonize overall team results, increase specifications, increase project win rates and improve customer experience.

**Skills and Minimum Experience Required**:

- 3-5 years of related experience.
- Experience with Visual Lighting and Controls design, Adobe PDF pro and Bluebeam.
- Meeting planning for both virtual and in-person events, for both internal and external stakeholders. This includes the conception, development, execution, and follow-up stages.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as a sense of curiosity and creativity. They must be able to present to a large group of people in an engaging fashion. Ability to be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Leadership skills - will act as a coach and mentor to the Specification sales team, as well as deliver performance reviews, career guidance, and administer discipline if necessary.
- Relationship building - will need to develop and maintain key customer relationships
