**Key Responsibilities**:
**Developing Tracking Systems**:

- Design and implement effective tracking systems to monitor the movement of goods throughout the supply chain, utilizing both manual and automated tracking methods.

**Monitoring Shipments**:

- Monitor the progress of shipments in real-time, identifying any delays, discrepancies, or issues that may arise during transit, and take proactive measures to resolve them.

**Coordinating with Stakeholders**:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, warehouse, procurement, and customer service departments, as well as external partners such as carriers and freight forwarders, to ensure smooth coordination of tracking and tracing activities.

**Compliance Management**:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing the tracking and tracing of goods, including customs requirements, trade regulations, and industry-specific guidelines.

**Data Analysis**:

- Collect and analyze data related to shipment tracking, including transit times, delivery performance, and inventory levels, to identify areas for improvement and optimize logistics processes.

**Problem Resolution**:

- Investigate and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipment tracking, such as missing or damaged goods, delivery failures, or incorrect documentation.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Continuously evaluate and improve tracking and tracing processes, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.

**Customer Communication**:

- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding the status of their shipments, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shipment tracking and tracing activities, ensuring compliance with record-keeping requirements and audit standards.

**Quality Assurance**
- Follow the principles of GMP relevant to their job responsibilities.
- Follow the applicable Quality Management System (QMS) policies and procedures relevant to your job responsibilities.
