**Operations Supervisor**

We are looking for a full-time operations supervisor to support our client’s operations team within a fast
- paced environment. Do you have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop productive relationships? Make sound decisions, and work well as part of a high-functioning team?

**Key tasks**:

- Maintain care and control of labour force
- Develop loyal, empowered, and engaged workforce
- Mentor, coach, and train staff in their job duties and responsibilities
- Delivery performance evaluations
- Responsible for organizational planning, metrics reporting, and monitoring
- Provide leadership and guidance while promoting a positive work environment
- Work in a collaborative manner with all levels of management
- Ensure productivity/ quality performance metrics are reached in an effective, efficient and safe manner
- Communicate with the customer providing exceptional customer service
- Ensure daily reporting of operations, attendance, and quality requirements are completed
- *Duties are not limited to those stated above._

**Shift Requirement: Afternoon** (Must be able to work Days & Nights)
- Must have a minimum of _**three**_ years of supervisory experience in a logistics distribution warehouse
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must have own reliable transportation

Pay: $25.00-$30.64 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
