Operations Supervisor

BANSAL LOGISTICS INC. is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and resolving work problems.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Ensure the efficient operation of equipment and machinery
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to team members
- Co-ordinate and assign work to team members
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Efficient interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and initiative
- Judgement and reliability
- Ability to work in a team environment
This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
