*Responsibilities*
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial garage doors and openers.
- Diagnose issues with garage door systems and provide effective solutions.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure proper functionality of garage doors.
- Respond promptly to service calls and customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and educating them on proper maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and quality.

*Qualifications*
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience as a garage door technician required - 5+ years
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of electrical systems related to garage door openers is an advantage.
- Willingness to work 7:30-5 Monday-Friday, with some flexibility.
