**What to Expect**:
As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing retail stores to deliver sales and merchandising objectives for an assigned territory. This position is ideal for a high-energy, self-motivated, analytical, creative professional who is looking for an opportunity to further develop a dynamic sales career. The successful applicant will be responsible for the Montreal - West Island Region Territory.

**A day in the life**:

- Bring strategic initiatives created by account teams to territory to achieve targets.
- Plan territory coverage in order to achieve targeted coverage KPI's and assigned sales volume targets.
- Develop relationships with retail decision makers to drive achievement of Nestlé objectives.
- Adhere to all Company principles and policies including Safety and local regulations
- Manage full financial processes within corporate guidelines.
- Actively participate in all cycle meetings and Customer Banner meetings

**Role Requirements**:

- Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market and/or worldwide.
- 1+ year of accumulated experience (including internships and coops) in retail sales, customer service or merchandising.
- Must possess a full valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Post secondary education in Business Administration
- MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Power BI is an asset
