**About this position: Full Time Customer Care Representative - Bilingual**

MicroAge’s recent growth has expanded our footprint to supporting national restaurant chains with their customer interactions. Your role will be to join our current team of Customer Care Professionals to respond to customer questions and provide terrific solutions. This role may be performed remotely.

**What should I hope to accomplish in a typical day?**
- Documenting every interaction in detail, encompassing requests, complaints, or comments that you are tasked to address.
- Actively contributing to team-wide efforts to enhance processes and services, by identifying areas for improvement.
- Leveraging state-of-the-art tools to log and forward unresolved issues to appropriate team members, while also tracking the progress of these issues.
- Stepping in to assist fellow team members during peak periods to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Expanding your skillset and contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations with the goal of consistently elevating the level of customer satisfaction.

**What other details should I know?**
- This Full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on a team in various roles and can balance/prioritize well.
- Working remotely or from home is very possible. You would need a quiet work environment and adequate internet bandwidth to work in several cloud platforms as well as operate a VOIP phone
- most residential (cable/Fibre) packages will do fine.
- We have a very dynamic team, and you will be the most successful if you can follow established processes, while also recognizing opportunities for improvement and providing feedback to leadership when appropriate.
