**Responsibilities**:

- Propose and validate customer segmentation strategies to ensure that the appropriate audience selections, frequency of communication and other relevant strategic considerations are respected
- Establish nurture strategies, reward-disbursement workflows, and surprise-and-delight campaigns based on segmentations, while minimizing list decay/unsubscribes and increasing overall campaign performance
- Develop, design, customize, improve, and maintain landing pages using Unbounce
- Ensure best practices of data hygiene and integrity are applied to customer lists (e.g., accuracy, completeness and consistency) - including performing QA on customer lists

**Requirements**:

- Experience developing and maintaining landing pages using Unbounce
- Ability to interact with stakeholders and demonstrate both business and technical skills
- A customer advocate with excellent listening skills to fully understand customer requirements and pain points.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilités:

- Établir des calendriers et des stratégies de marketing par courriel et assurer l'exécution en temps opportun des initiatives de marketing par courriel.
- Proposer et valider des stratégies de segmentation des clients afin de s'assurer que les sélections d'audience appropriées, la fréquence de communication et d'autres considérations stratégiques pertinentes sont respectées
- Exécuter des tests A/B et multivariés sur l'ensemble des canaux marketing afin d'optimiser les performances des campagnes (par exemple, contenu dynamique/statique, lignes d'objet, heures de déploiement, offres promotionnelles, modèles prédictifs) et faire remonter les informations sur les performances des campagnes à l'équipe d'analyse dans une boucle d'amélioration
