We are currently looking for an Internal Sales Specialist. This position offers exciting professional challenges allowing you to work with our North American clients and have a great career within a company that has the well-being of its employees at heart

The position is done remotely, and the schedule is flexible.

Reporting to the Vice President, Direct Sales, Americas and EMEA, the Internal Sales Specialist’s primary responsibility is to support and partner with the account managers in the Sales development process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to existing users of the software in North America to accelerate direct sales coverage and identify new sales opportunities
- Generate well-qualified leads and transfer them to account managers
- Assist account managers in booking meetings with clients
- Update the company database throughout the multiple conversations with clients
- Explain the marketing policy to reduce the do not call contacts
- Assist account managers by reaching out to customers to boost attendance at different events or targeted campaign initiatives (Marketing events, seminars, etc.)
- Complete any other tasks that may contribute to the sales department’s improvement, development and increase in sales

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years in customer service and sales
- Ability to build good relationships with clients
- Ability to negotiate and influence positively
- Ease with the use of a CRM
- Strong sense of organization
