Our Engineering teams are expanding, and we are looking for a talented Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. If you are passionate about attracting quality talent and driven to shape and execute creative talent acquisition strategies for technical roles this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We pride ourselves on being close partners with stakeholders across the business, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for both prospects and employees.
What you'll work on:
Contribute to building the strongest recruiting function with the most innovative practices and processes in Canada- Represent Clio with professionalism, integrity, and authenticity. We hire according to our values- Other duties as required.
What you bring:
- Full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a rapid-growth or otherwise high-velocity environment with a focus on technical/ engineering recruiting across all levels.-
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian tech community, in particular in Toronto and/or Vancouver- A track record of success with meeting hiring targets- A consultative approach to recruitment: A strategic thinker who brings a problem-solving mindset to any challenge throughout the recruiting process- A multichannel approach to recruitment: inbound, outbound, referrals, events, etc.- Demonstrated ability to drive decision making and behavioural change with data.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience championing diversity and inclusion programs or initiatives- Experience working at an agency and inhouse- Experience with Workday ATS

- The expected salary range* for similar roles within Clio is: $67,800 to $90,000 CAD- Competitive, equitable salary with top-tier health benefits, dental, and vision insurance- Hybrid work environment, with expectation for local Clions (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, and Dublin) to be in office min. once per week on our Anchor Day.- Flexible time off policy, with an encouraged 20 days off per year.- $2000 annual counseling benefit- RRSP matching and RESP contribution- Clioversary recognition program with special acknowledgement at 3, 5, 7, and 10 years
