**Position Overview**:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Executive to join our reputable signage company. As a National Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets on a national scale. Your expertise in sales strategy and your deep understanding of the signage industry will be key in expanding our market presence and maximizing revenue.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**: Identify and target potential clients and market segments for our signage solutions on a national level. Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and industries, fostering growth and expanding our customer base.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in prospective and existing client organizations. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to address their specific requirements.
- **Sales Strategy**: Collaborate with the sales team to develop comprehensive sales strategies and action plans. Utilize market insights and trends to refine approaches and stay ahead of competition.
- **Sales Targets**: Set ambitious sales targets and work diligently to achieve or exceed them. Monitor progress, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our diverse signage products and services. Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings to clients, ensuring they have the information needed to make informed decisions.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with internal teams including marketing, design, and production to ensure seamless execution of projects. Coordinate efforts to deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities. Translate insights into actionable strategies that enhance our competitive advantage.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports. Provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Masters/MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record of successful national sales experience, preferably within the signage industry or a related field.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel nationally as needed.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
