Swift Components Corporation is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team.

The Nationnal Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team in the achievement of the company's sales targets and objectives. The Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, manage the sales budget, and provide guidance and support to the sales team. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for building relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and monitoring market trends to inform sales strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the sales team in the achievement of the company's sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share
- Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively to meet targets
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team to ensure they are meeting their targets and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients
- Monitor market trends and gather competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with company goals and objectives
- Prepare sales reports and analysis to present to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sales management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years of experience in a sales management role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency with sales software and CRM systems
- Familiarity with the manufacturing industry is preferred but not required

**Ethics and Integrity**:

- Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in an ethical and transparent manner
- Avoid any conflicts of interest or practices that may be perceived as unethical or dishonest
- Be transparent with customers and stakeholders about the company's products, services, and policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to sales and business practices

**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Understand and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations related to sales and business practices, including consumer protection laws, data privacy laws, and anti-trust laws
- Ensure that the sales team is aware of and compliant with all relevant regulations
- Review and update company policies and procedures as needed to ensure compliance with changing regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions to demonstrate compliance
- Collaborate with legal and other relevant departments to ensure that contracts and other agreements are compliant with regulations
- Report any potential violations or concerns to senior management and take appropriate action to address them

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
