We are looking for a strategic, driven and motivated Sales Representative with a proven track record of managing sales growth for our Ready-Mix business. This individual understands that success is centered on our customers and achieved through strong teamwork and a commitment to strategic planning and execution. The position is based in Cambridge, ON and reports directly to the Sales Manager.

- Execute the sales strategy and deliver on the regional sales goals and objectives.
- Actively support strategic interactions between the sales team and customers through sales planning and documentation of market and territory plans.

**Essential Experience and Skills**
- At least 5 years of sales experience with a track record of team success in generating profitable revenue growth.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with solid organizational, multi-tasking and time-management capabilities.
- Goal and results oriented with the ability to take initiative.

**Preferred Experience and Skills**
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in a structured sales process.

**Work Environment**
- This role operates primarily in a professional office environment but requires conducting business at manufacturing locations and job sites where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, humidity, and elevated noise levels.
