**Objective**
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving new business development. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close. This is a dedicated Sales position offering unlimited commission.

The Sales Executive will establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with clients, then hand them off to our Operations Team. We currently boast a 99% client retention rate.

**Essential Functions**
- Initiate the sales process by reaching out to pre-qualified prospects to schedule appointments.
- Meet with prospects to understand their unique needs and current frustrations.
- Present professionally prepared and bound, customized managed facility maintenance programs to prospects in-person.
- Closes sales as a result of building rapport with potential accounts; sharing how our service capabilities can meet their needs; overcoming their objections; and preparing contracts.
- Evaluate and identify sectors of the marketplace where you see potential, and learn to sell City Wide Facility Solutions into those specific markets with the support of City Wide’s corporate learning portal, and the support of our professional City Wide Facility Solutions network
- Set and achieve your goals, at City Wide the sky is the limit, and your commission potential is unlimited.
- Create win, win, win scenarios for our team, our crews, and our clients

**Position Requirements**
- High School diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
- 2-3 years prior experience working in a B2B sales environment, and track record of success.
- “Hunter” sales acumen; goal driven and self-motivated.
- Prior sales training certificate, e.g., Sandler President Club, Dale Carnegie, etc., preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills required.
- Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills with a highly detailed orientation (ability to follow-up).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
