**Who we are looking for to join the team**:
The role entails being an attentive listener who pays close attention to the customer's requirements and preferences. By actively listening and comprehending what they aim to achieve, we can suggest the most suitable solution, product, and pricing. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to follow up promptly are necessary. You will work collaboratively with other departments and establish connections with clients and colleagues across Canada.

**Roles & Responsibility**:

- Provide timely and accurate quotes and pricing.
- Prospect, pitch, and close on various products and services.
- Ability to upsell or combine product opportunities.
- Generate sales and rental opportunities by contacting new and existing customers and sales leads.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks across various geographical locations and service types simultaneously.
- Processing payments, invoices and receipts.
- Support various admin sites for CRM, facility access, gate codes, etc
- Accurate data entry; detailed notes for follow-up and reference
- Supporting the logistics, dispatch and coordination of the portable containers
- Troubleshooting ability: turn a problem into a solution.
- Looking for opportunities to improve processes or support the business.
- Additional duties as required by management and team.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales or call center, or equivalent.
- Bilingual, French and English to support our Quebec locations.
- Positive and Optimistic, always looking for a solution.
- Critical thinking abilities, turning a problem into an opportunity.
- Customer service excellence, follow-up, and follow-through for clients.
- Conflict management, diffusing client issues and complaints.
- Tech Saavy, ability to learn and use new systems.
- Office Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel proficiency

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
