**Dynamic Tire Inc. - Customer Service Support Representative**

**Position Reporting to** Customer Service Supervisor

**Summary/Objective**

Responsible for servicing our customer base within North America. This role functions as the point of contact for all matters specific to invoicing and billing as well as customer service order desk. This position will provide various levels of support and services to areas such as order entering, billing, processing information, tracking information, and ensure customer service levels. Must be able to work in the Woodbridge office 2 to 3 days a week.

**Essential Functions**
- Complete billings and invoices
- Maintains and organizes clerical records and documents
- Provides feedback on efficiency of the customer service process
- Cross train and work on the Customer Service order desk
- Invoicing customers for direct shipments with different pricing files and invoicing terms
- Invoice some customers with extra freight cost, some with freight credit
- Scan Bill of lading, invoices and packing list to customer
- Send invoices to customers through EDI
- Looking into customers request in for invoices not received, invoices over billed, invoices where quantity charge was not what was ordered
- Other duties assigned

**Required Education and Experience**

2+ years’ experience, preferable within Customer Service field. Intermediate Excel skills Experience using Dynamics NAV/Navision or a similar ERP system.

Previous experience in the tire industry is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $52,500.00-$57,500.00 per year
