Dispatch/office Assistant

3pm to 11pm Shift
Growing company in Prince George looking for experienced office personnel for our fast paced environment.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Answering multiple phone lines
- Data entry
- Filing
- Booking hotels and appointments
- Scanning & saving documents to cloud system
- Assist with information gathering, proposal writing and Prequals
- Scheduling Security, First Aid, Hot Shot and Process Serving Personnel
- Assist with organizing silviculture teams
**Qualifications**:
- Attention to Detail
- Self motivated
- Able to multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent organizational skills
- Problem solving & Decision-making ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently or in team environment/ Job sharing
- Experience and proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, OneDrive
- Experience with Quickbooks would be an asset
- Familiar with 24 hour clock would be an asset
- Operations experience is an asset.
- Fluent in English (Writing & Speaking)
Wage negotiable, based on experience
