The Sales Coordinator will work with all departments, including Sales, Operations, Inventory and Finance and will be responsible for supporting the Equipment Sales processes across the dealerships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with inquiries and questions from sales reps and other departments.
- Review sales cost sheet and create sales invoices.
- Arrange for transportation of equipment.
- Open service work orders for equipment.
- Issue purchase orders to outside vendors as requested.
- Assist with administration of inventory receiving and counts.
- Effectively utilize the ERP and CRM to support and administer the sales process.
- Submit completed sales deals to OEM portals and follow up on programs as requested.
- Act as liaison between Service and Sales Department.
- Uphold customer experience service standards in all interactions.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Ability to deliver consistent, exceptional service to team members and customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated, self-starter, enthusiastic and well organized.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, Teams and Excel.

**Training, Education and Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role strongly preferred.
- High school diploma

**Compensation package**:

- Salary between $45,000-$55,000 depending on skills and qualifications.
- 3 weeks of vacation.

**Working Conditions**:The Sales Coordinator is based out of the Nisku and works 40 hours on average per week Monday to Friday. The position is advertised in Surrey, Abbotsford and Nisku locations.
