**Head Chef**

Looking for a Head Chef to spearhead our daytime offerings, dinner service menu, and catering department. Experience is always welcome, but a great attitude and determination is a must. Starting Salary $65,000 + Bonus structure (TBD)

- Menu Development
- Ordering
- Kitchen Maintenance
- Staffing
- Costing
- Monitor Equipment Quality
- Monitor Food Cost and Quality
- Oversee and Maintain Food Preparation
- Estimate Food Requirements

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Food-Safety Certified
- Smart-Serve Certified
- Background Check
- Police Check
- Minimum 3-years working in a restaurant kitchen

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $44,680.08-$77,334.66 per year

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 2 years (preferred)
